By accessing or using the DOA Marketplace platform (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DOA Marketplace is a digital platform connecting palm oil farmers, nurseries, agricultural chemical suppliers, equipment vendors, and seedling providers across Thailand. The Service facilitates product listings, store discovery, and marketplace interactions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4. Store Listings

Store owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including product descriptions, pricing, certifications, and availability. DOA Marketplace reserves the right to review, approve, or remove listings at its discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Violate any applicable Thai laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

DOA Marketplace is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to transaction disputes, product quality issues, or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
